Let’s say you’re a business coach, and your site has 3 or 4 polished pages telling everyone about you and what you do. But what’s missing? Proof.

If I’m paying for a coach, I want to see case studies, like how you helped Sarah triple her revenue, or blogs about overcoming common business hurdles.

Your audience needs to see that you’ve been there, done that, and actually made an impact. Without this kind of content, you’re just another “expert” without receipts. And Google? It wants those receipts too. The more you show, the more credible you become.

 
 

The Power of Keywords

If you’re sitting on just one service page and hoping to rank for “business coaching,” you’re dreaming (sorry!).

Keywords like that are super competitive, even more so if your site’s under 12 months old.

Google doesn’t trust newbies, and without some solid content backing you up, you’re basically invisible.

More content gives you more opportunity to show Google (and your dream clients) what you’re all about. Not only will you start ranking for more keywords, but you can get really specific with them too.

So instead of “business coaching” you might target things like “business coaching for agency owners” or “how to scale your agency quickly”

Ever notice how when you search something on Google, it’s usually more recent articles (within the last 12 months) that pop up first? That’s because Google loves fresh content.

If your site is static, you’re fading into the background. Regularly posting keeps you in Google’s good books and shows that you’re active.

It’s not just about churning out content for the sake of it - it’s about consistently publishing relevant, useful pieces that keep you visible. The more you show up, the more Google (and your audience) will trust you.

Time to Get Serious About Content

At the end of the day, a pretty website without content is like a fancy sports car without fuel - it looks great but isn’t getting you anywhere.

Google wants to see consistent, relevant content that proves you’re credible and active.
